Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to 8 Figure Finance (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any applicable policies or guidelines incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue your use immediately. These Terms govern the legal relationship between you as a user (“Client”) and our company.
Please note: For any services provided pursuant to a Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) entered into between 8 Figure Finance and a Client, the terms of that MSA and its attached exhibits shall govern the specific service relationship. In the event of any conflict between these T&C and the MSA, the MSA shall prevail.
2. Services Provided
8 Figure Finance specializes in professional financial management services. Our offerings include:
- CPA-Driven Bookkeeping: We maintain up-to-date, organized, and accurate financial records. Our service ensures your books are managed with enterprise-level precision tailored for small and medium-sized businesses.
- Financial Reporting: We deliver monthly financial statements, including profit and loss (P&L) reports and other essential financial documentation to provide clear insight into your business’s performance.
- CFO Consultation and Insights: In addition to basic bookkeeping, our expert team offers strategic guidance and virtual CFO services to help you manage cash flow, plan budgets, and make informed business decisions.
- Operational Support: We help streamline your financial processes by implementing best practices to reduce the stress associated with disorganized financial data.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services without prior notice. While we commit to delivering high-quality financial services, the application and results of these services depend on various business factors outside our direct control.
For Clients who have executed an MSA, the detailed scope, fee schedule, and any amendments (as outlined in the applicable exhibits) shall control.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when using our services. This includes maintaining correct contact details, accurate business data, and any required technical information. Clients are responsible for safeguarding their account information, including passwords and login credentials. Unauthorized sharing of such information may result in suspension or termination of your access.
4. Independent Contractor Relationship
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing under an executed MSA, all relationships for the delivery of our services are those of independent contractors. Detailed terms regarding compensation, invoicing, and benefits are set forth in the MSA.
5. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
Our general limitation of liability and indemnification provisions apply only to matters not otherwise addressed in an executed MSA. In any dispute concerning services provided under a separate MSA, the provisions of the MSA, including those related to liability and indemnification, shall govern.
6. Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal and financial data. The collection, use, and processing of your data are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these T&C. For Clients under an MSA, any data handling practices specific to your service engagement will be as detailed in the MSA and related documentation.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
For general website use, these T&C shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. However, for any services provided under an executed MSA between 8 Figure Finance and a Client, the governing law and dispute resolution mechanisms shall be those set forth in the MSA. In the event of any conflict between these T&C and an executed MSA, the terms of the MSA shall prevail.
8. Priority of Documents and Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete statement of our policies applicable to website use and general interactions with our online resources. For Clients engaging 8 Figure Finance to provide services, the executed Master Services Agreement and any exhibits attached thereto constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding those services and shall control where any inconsistency arises.
9. Governing Law and Amendments
These T&C may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. For Clients covered by an MSA, any amendments to your service agreement must be agreed upon in writing as provided in the MSA.
